  • InDex has obtained Orphan Drug Designation status for Kappaproct in Europe for the treatment of active ulcerative colitis.

  • InDex has key patents on restoring steroid sensitivity in steroid refractory patients with inflammatory conditions.

  • InDex has an exclusive license from Johnson & Johnson, USA, on a patent granted in 2002. The patent provides protection for all DIMS compounds under development by InDex.

  • InDex has key patents for the diagnostic test DiBiCol®.

  • InDex has a license for Sweden from Hoffman-La Roche Ltd, Basel, Switzerland, that allows InDex to commercially use certain PCR-related technologies in relation to the DiBiCol multi-gene analysis procedure.
